(Creston) Creston Police arrested a Villisca man on assault and alcohol-related charges. Police say 47-year-old Donald Lee Gay was taken into custody at 809 Adams Apartment 1B for OWI, 1st Offense, public intoxication, and assault. Officers transported him to the Union County Jail.
