(Perry) Perry High School in Iowa was one of four schools across the U.S. to appear live on GMA3 this (Friday) morning to receive a surprise $50,000 donation from JCPenney to help them throw an unforgettable Prom night.
The giveaway was part of celebrating JCPenney’s new prom collection, JCProm with Johnny Wujek.
In addition to receiving the $50,000 donation, each school’s local JCPenney is offering complimentary salon services to students on their school’s prom day.
These schools were chosen for their dedication to community and service. The donations are in line with JCPenney’s commitment to stand with the communities it serves.
