(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office released their arrest report from March 20th through March 31st.
Blake Welch, 18, of Atlantic, was arrested March 31st on the charge of OWI 1st Offense. Welch was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Lesli Wiston Altamirano, 42, of Atlantic, was arrested March 31st on the charge of OWI 2nd Offense. Wiston Altamirano was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Nichole Anaya, 43, of Atlantic, was arrested March 30th on charges of Driving while Revoked and Possession of a Controlled Substance – 1st Offense. Anaya was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on her own recognizance.
Alex Rush, 19, of Griswold, was arrested March 30th on a warrant for Probation Violation. Rush was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
Devin Register, 33, of Atlantic, was arrested March 29th on a warrant for Failure to Appear. Register was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his release after time served.
Kris Sorcey, 28, of Atlantic, was arrested March 29th on the charge of Driving while Revoked. Sorcey was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Randall Krogh, 65, of Atlantic, was arrested March 24th on the charges of OWI 2nd Offense and Interference with Official Acts. Krogh was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Brian Meredith, 45, of Wheaton, Illinois, was arrested March 20th on the charges of OWI 1st Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance – 1st Offense. Wheaton was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law
