(Page County) – On Tuesday, April 2nd, the Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old Vincent Michael Martin of Imogene, Iowa at the Page County Sheriff’s Office. He turned himself in on a Page County Warrant that was issued on March 4th, 2024.
Martin’s charges on the warrant that were issued by the Page County Magistrate were Assault on Persons of Certain Occupations – Intent of Injury, Disarming a Peace Officer, Interference with Official Acts – Inflicts Serious Injury, and Assault on Persons in Certain Occupations. His bond was set at $16,000. Prior to Martin turning himself in on April 2nd, the Page County District Court issued an order that allowed Martin to post 10% through the Court for the bond on his charges set by the Magistrate.
Martin was processed through the Page County Sheriff’s Office and was released after posting the $1,600 bond.
A charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
