(Mills County) – The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reported two arrests and one incident.
Arrests
Richard Steven Kraft, 41, of Omaha, Nebraska was arrested March 29th at 5:44 a.m. for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The bond was set at $2,300.
Dustin Clark Anglen, 50, of Malvern, Iowa was arrested on March 29th at 10:02 p.m. for Domestic Abuse Assault.
Incident
Judd Kruse of Glenwood, Iowa reported an Identify Theft on March 29th at 1:05 p.m.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.)
