(Mills County) – The Mills County Sheriff’s Office arrested William Joseph Weis, of Council Bluffs, at the corner of 360th Street and Highway 34 on Monday morning for Driving While Barred. The bond was set at $2,000.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office arrested Adam Lee Nemetz, of Glenwood, on I-29 Monday morning for Posession of a Controlled Substance. The bond was set at $1,000.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
