(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 24-year-old Austin Keith Shannon of Council Bluffs on Wednesday, at N. 8th Street and Highway 34, for Driving with a Revoked License. Officers transported Shannon to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $491.25 bond.
