Nebraska Man arrested in Montgomery County on Alcohol and Drug-related Charges

(Red Oak) An Omaha, Nebraska, man is in custody following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Highway 34 in Montgomery County.

Deputies arrested 24-year-old Osvaldo Fabian Gonzalez at around 6:28 p.m. on Tuesday on two Pottawattamie County warrants for OWI and possession of a controlled substance, Marijuana 1st offense.

Deputies transported Gonzalez to the Pottawattamie County Jail. Authorities are holding him on a $2,000 cash-only bond.
