(Adair Co) A Stuart man was arrested on drug charges.
According to the report, the Stuart Police Department assisted the Cass County Sheriff’s Office in conducting a search warrant at 515 South Harrison Street in Stuart on Friday. During the search the following items were located: glass smoking devices with burnt residue, a ziploc baggie containing a small amount of crystalline substance, four white pills later identified as Alprazolam, a ziploc bag that contained a mushroom style plant, and multiple rounds of ammunition. Bobby Glenn Agan III, 52, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Offense (Marijuana), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of a Prescription Drug or Device, and Possession of Ammunition by a Felon. Agan was held on $10,000 cash or surety bond.
In other activity, the Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21-year-old Chance Eldon Kline, of Griswold, on March 9th on a warrant for Participate in a Riot. Kline was held on $1,000 bond.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Terrence Earal Roby, of Waterloo, on March 9th on two warrants for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order as well as on a new charge of Violation of a No Contact Order.
The Iowa State Patrol arrested 48-year-old Dustin Myles Sorensen, of Adair, on March 5th for OWI 1st Offense. Sorensen was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
The Iowa State Patrol arrested 29-year-old Cody Michael Ohara, of Elk Run Heights, on March 7th on a Black Hawk County warrant for Theft 4th Degree. Ohara was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond awaiting pick up from Black Hawk County.
