Cass County Sheriff’s Report

(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office released their arrest report for February 23rd through March 7th.

John Nelson, 36, of Griswold, was arrested March 7th on the charge of OWI 2nd Offense.  Nelson was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.

David Thomas, 43, of Atlantic, was arrested March 6th on a warrant for another agency.  Thomas was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his transfer to another County.

Nicole Anaya, 43, of Atlantic, was arrested March 4th on the charges of OWI 2nd Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Anaya was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on her own recognizance.

Tylor Thompson, 26, of Lewis, was arrested March 3rd on the charge of OWI 1st Offense.  Thompson was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on her own recognizance.

Logan Nielsen, 27, of Atlantic, was arrested March 3^rd on the charge of OWI 2^nd Offense.  Nielsen was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.

Jason Frederiksen, 42, of Marne, was arrested March 2nd on the charge of OWI 1^st Offense.  Frederiksen was transported to the Cass County jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.

Sam Sinatro, 20, of Atlantic, was arrested March 1^st on a warrant for Failure to Appear.  Sinatro was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release.

Shawn Sowder, 30, of Goldfield, was arrested February 27^th on a warrant for Failure to Appear.  Sowder was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.

Robin Grieshaber, 38, of Cumberland, was arrested February 27^th on the charges of Harassment 1^st Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Grieshaber was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.

Zachary Jones, 32, of Council Bluffs, was arrested February 26th on a warrant for Violation of Probation.  Jones was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.

Tochiro Kovac, 52, of Atlantic, was arrested February 25th on the charges of OWI 1^st Offense and Child Endangerment.  Kovac was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.

Jeanna Kramer, 19, of Atlantic, was arrested February 25^th for OWI 1^st Offense.  Kramer was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on her own recognizance.

Zander Luft, 20, of Red Oak, was arrested February 24^th for OWI 1^st Offense.  Luft was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.

Jesse Kinser, 21, of Griswold, was arrested February 24th for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Kinser was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.

Harry Wood Jr., 72, of Massena, was arrested February 23^rd for OWI 1^st Offense.  Wood was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.

All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
