(Tabor) A man died while helping unload grain in Fremont County.
The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office says it happened Monday at the grain bin site at 2922 120th Street.
According to the report, 94-year-old Robert Wayne Smith was running a grain vacuum when his son left the bin to move the semi. When he returned, Robert Smith was found dead underneath the beans.
The State Medical Examiner’s Office is conducting an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
Randolph Fire and Sidney Fire and Rescue assisted Tabor Fire and Rescue at the scene.
