(Fremont Co) Three people were arrested on drug charges in Fremont County.
The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office says Michael James Johnson, 52, of Malvern, was arrested February 22nd at the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for OWI 1st Offense, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Johnson was released on $1,300 surety bond.
Timothy Clayton McCollum, 51, of Coin, was arrested on February 22nd in the 800 block of Fremont Street near Shenandoah for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Open Container. McCollum was released after posting $5,000 surety bond.
Adam Glen Woodruff, of Nebraska City, Nebraska, was arrested February 25th in the 1900 block of Highway 2 for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Woodruff was held on $5,000 surety bond.
In other activity, Dewight Eugene Binau, 45, of Sindey, was arrested February 24th at the corner of Webster and Illinois Streets in Sidney for Assault on an Officer, Public Intoxication and Interference with Official Acts. Sidney Rescue assisted the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office on the call. Binau was held on $1,000 surety bond.
Jonathan Jay Adkisson, 20, of Sidney, was arrested in the 800 block of Clay Street in Sidney on February 21st for Reckless Driving. Adkisson was released on $300 cash bond.
Elijah Storm Baldwin, 23, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was arrested February 21st for Violation of Probation. Baldwin was arrested in Nebraska and extradited to Iowa. He was released on $2,000 cash bond.
