(Carroll Co) A Glidden woman died following a two-vehicle accident in Carroll County this (Monday) morning.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened at 6:03 a.m. on Highway 30. 56-year-old Lisa Feilmeier was transported to St. Anthony Hospital by Carroll EMS where she died from her injuries sustained in the crash.
According to the report, Lisa Feilmeier was driving a 2011 Chevy Equinox westbound on Highway 30 on the inside lane when she struck the rear passenger side of a 2017 Ford Fusion, driven by 41-year-old Eric Hahn of Carroll. The Equinox came to rest in the north ditch on its top.
Eric Hahn was not injured.
