(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports seven arrests from February 22 to February 25.
February 22-Ryan Palmer, 31, of Creston, was arrested in the 600 Block W Mills. Palmer was charged with Animal at Large. Palmer was cited and released from the scene.
February 23-Lucas Lynn Smith, 19, Creston, was arrested at the Creston Union County LEC. Smith was charged with a Union County Warrant for Criminal Mischief 1st Degree. Smith was taken to the Union County Jail and held on a $10,000 cash or surety bond.
February 23- Caroline Pendegraft, 45, of Creston, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 25 and Townline. Pendegraft was charged with OWI 2nd Offense. Pendegraft was taken to the Union County Jail, where she was later released on a $2000 cash or surety bond.
February 24-Donald James Simmerman, 34, of Murray, was arrested at the Creston Union County LEC. Simmerman was charged with Interference with Official Acts and OWI 2nd Offense. Simmerman was taken to the Union County Jail and later released on a $2300 cash or surety bond.
February 24-Noah Alexander Young, 24, of Creston, was arrested at 807 W Summit. Young was charged with Providing False Identification Information and a Union County Warrant for FTA Disorderly Conduct-Loud Raucous Noise. Young was taken to the Union County Jail, where he was later released on $300 cash or surety bond.
February 24 -Jeffery Allen Arnold, 24, of Creston, was arrested at the intersection of Wyoming and 34. Arnold was charged with Driving while under Suspension. He was cited and released from the scene on Promise to Appear.
February 25-Cael Raymond Carl, 21, of Creston, was arrested at the intersection of Adams and Cottonwood. Carl was charged with OWI 1st Offense and Carrying a Weapon while Intoxicated. Carl was taken to the Union County Jail and held on a $2000 cash or surety bond.
