(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Anthony Karns, of Wiota, on February 16th on a ‘mixture’ of warrants and new charges including two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Theft 5th Degree, three counts of Burglary 3rd Degree, Theft 2nd Degree and Possession of Marijuana. Karns was transported to the Cass County Jail and booked in.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph White, 34, of Atlantic, on February 23rd on the charge of OWI 1st Offense. White was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Markku Liukkonen, 40, of Atlantic, was arrested February 16th on the charge of Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offence. Liukkonen turned himself in to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
Chase Holmes, 26, of Griswold, was arrested February 14th on several counts of Exhibiting Obscene Material to a Minor. Holmes was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
Dalton Cormeny, 32, of Fontanelle, was arrested February 12th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Cormeny was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later transfer to another agency.
Julie Geer, 43, of Griswold, was arrested February 11th on the charge of Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense. Geer was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on her own recognizance.
Samuel Shroyer, 48, of Eagle, Colorado, was arrested February 10th on the charge of OWI 1st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Shroyer was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
