(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested 27-year-old Heather Marie Madison early this (Tuesday) morning for Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Offense. Madison was taken to the Union County Jail where she was later released on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
Creston Police arrested 24-year-old Jeffrey Allen Arnold on Monday for Criminal Mischief 2nd – Damage $1,500 to $10,000. Arnold was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released on $5,000 cash or surety bond.
