(Creston) A Creston man faces assault and other charges, including Going Armed with Intent.
Creston Police arrested 38-year-old Manuel Luke Richardson of Creston on Thursday at Howard and Spruce for Public Intoxication. Additionally, Police charged Richardson with 1st-degree burglary, domestic abuse assault, 3rd offense, going armed with intent, obstruction of emergency communications, and 1st-degree harassment. Officers transported Richardson to the Union County Jail, and he was held on a $37,000 bond.
In a separate case, Creston Police arrested 46-year-old William Peter Fargo of Creston at his residence for domestic abuse assault 1st offense. Authorities transported Fargo to the Union County Jail and held on no bond until the magistrate judge could see him.
