(Creston) A Creston man was arrested on drug charges.
The Creston Police Department says officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by Terry Mark Brown on Tuesday evening. During the traffic stop, K9 Baxo was deployed for a free-air sniff and alerted to the odor of narcotics. Approximately one half ounce of methamphetamine packaged for sale and a digital scale to weigh narcotics were discovered.
Brown was placed under arrest for Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) over five grams and Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp.
Brown was held in the Union County Jail without bond until he is seen by a magistrate.
