(Jefferson, IA) — A man is pleading not guilty after being accused of abducting his 7-year-old son from his school last week.
Thirty-four-year-old Brandon Duong allegedly took his son from Greene County Elementary, creating an Amber Alert. He was arrested after a several-hour standoff with police.
Duong is also charged with violating a custodial order. There will be an arraignment later this month.
