(Creston) Creston Police arrested a man on Friday at the Adult Probation Office on a warrant. Clay Allen Brammer, 33, Afton, was charged on a Union County Warrant for Assault with intent to Commit Sex Abuse. Officers transported Brammer to the Union County Jail and later transferred to Clarke County Jail, where he is being held on a $10,000 cash or surety bond.

Creston Police arrested 39-year-old Brandy Marie Sanden, 39, of Creston, on Friday at the Creston Union County LEC on five counts of 5th-degree theft, other means under $300. Sanden was later released on a $1,500 cash or surety bond.
On Saturday, Creston Police arrested 18-year-old Jayson Lee Shimer, of Creston, at the Creston Union County LEC for OWI 1st Offense. Officers transported Shimer to the Union County Jail, and were later released on a $1000 cash or surety bond.
