(Cass Co)As previously reported: A Griswold woman was arrested for Forgery, Dependent Adult Abuse and Theft 2nd Degree. The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says 63-year-old Rhonda Hafner was arrested on January 19th. She was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on her own recognizance.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested 30-year-old Kalee Nolte, of Exira, on January 22nd on a warrant for Forgery and Ongoing Criminal Conduct. Nolte was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on her own recognizance.
Jason Wingrove, 37, of Anita, was arrested January 22nd on a warrant for Forgery. Wingrove was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held and later released on his own recognizance.
Dakota Allmer, 19, of Lewis, was arrested January 29th on a warrant for Theft 2nd Degree. Allmer was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Haley Helinski, 22, of Harlan, was arrested January 29th on a warrant for Theft 2nd Degree. Helinski was taken to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
Jennifer Holz, 36, of Elliott, was arrested January 18th on a warrant for Theft 2nd Degree. Holz turned herself in to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later released on her own recognizance.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
