(Des Moines) Another round of winter weather is on the way. Brooke Hagenhoff with the National Weather Service in Des Moines says two rounds of snow starting this (Wednesday) afternoon.
Hagenhoff says round two will move in on Thursday.
Eight southwest Iowa counties are under a Wind Chill Advisory from 6:00 p.m. on Thursday to Noon on Friday. According to the National Weather Services, the counties in the advisory include Monona, Harrison, Pottawattamie, Shelby, Mills, Montgomery, Fremont, and Page. Forecasters expect frigid wind chills as low as 40 below zero.
