(Pottawattamie Co) Shalimar Mazetis with Advance Southwest Iowa Corporation, reported to the Pottawattamie County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday that they have a lot going on in rural Pottawattamie County.
One project taking up a lot of Mazetis’ time is the old Walnut High School project.
Mazetis said another project they are working on is Project Pineapple, a manufacturing industrial company that is locating in Carter Lake.
Mazetis said this is a previously blighted building that is going to be upgraded and updated next to the Golf Course.
