(Atlantic) Cass County Emergency Management Director Mike Kennon says conditions are so bad that the Cass County Engineer and Cass County Secondary Roads Department have pulled the plows off the roadway.
Currently, in and around the Atlantic area, winds are gusting to 33 miles per hour, with a wind chill of 12 below zero, and expected to get much worse.
