(Des Moines) The snowfall in southwest Iowa is forecast to taper off late this morning and continue to trek eastward.
Andrew Ansorge, Meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Des Moines, tells KSOM/KS95 News two other storm systems will affect the state on Wednesday and Thursday.
Ansorge says temperatures are going to plummet this weekend.
We have received around four inches of accumulating snow at the KSOM/KS95 Studios overnight.
