(Creston) A Creston man faces numerous charges for failing to appear in court following his arrest.
On Wednesday, Creston Police arrested 32-year-old Dalton James Cormeny at 302 Pine Street on three Union County warrants. He faces charges for Failure to appear on an original charge of theft 1st, criminal mischief 2nd degree, and Burglary 3rd Degree. He faces additional charges of Failure to appear on an original charge of child endangerment causing bodily injury, Domestic abuse assault 2nd offense, and Failure to appear on an original charge of domestic abuse assault impeding the flow of air or blood. Officers transported Cormeny to Union County Jail and held him on a $35,000 cash bond.
On Wednesday, Creston Police arrested 36-year-old Danny Alan Fry of Creston for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Officers transported Fry to the Union County Jail and held him on a $300 cash bond.
On Wednesday, Creston Police arrested 44-year-old Ryan Wayne Feldhacker at his Creston residence for violation of Probation for 1st-degree burglary and 2nd-degree criminal mischief. He is held on no bond pending an appearance before a Magistrate Judge and a $30,000 cash bond for additional charges.
On Wednesday, Creston Police arrested 40-year-old Alicia Ellen Lovell at her Creston residence for 1st-degree burglary and 2nd-degree criminal mischief. Authorities transported Lovell to the Adams County Jail and held her on a $30,000 cash bond.
