Shelby County Sheriff’s Report

(Shelby Co) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports multiple drug-related arrests.

On December 14th, June Louise Christensen, age 63, Camryn Rose Casebeer, age 18, and Ethan Michael Jeffery Christensen, age 18, all of Harlan, were each arrested following an investigation.

Christensen was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 1st, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Child Endangerment.

Casebeer was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 1st, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Child Endangerment.

Christensen was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 1st, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Child Endangerment.

Ian Austin Hill, age 19, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on December 2^nd. Hill was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substances, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 1st, and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.

Chelsea Jean Birtwell, age 30, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop in on December 1st. Birtwell was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substances, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance 2nd Offense, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, and Fraudulent use of Registration.

Albert Alexander Johnson, age 38, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on December 1st. Johnson was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The Sheriff’s Office also reports Albert Alexander Johnson, age 38, of Harlan, was arrested December 4^th on an active Shelby County Warrant for Willful Injury. Johnson was transported to the Shelby County Jail.

Joshua James Hendon, age 30, of Panama, was arrested December 5^th following an investigation. Hendon was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Simple Assault.

Cristian Daniel Ruiz Chanchavac, age 33, of Harlan, was arrested December 6^th following an investigation. Ruiz was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Domestic Abuse Assault.

Dustin Allen Hansen, age 35, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on December 8^th. Hansen was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while Revoked.

Kerry Wayne Lincoln, age 52, of Council Bluffs, was arrested December 12^th on active Shelby County Warrants. Lincoln was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with three counts of Failure to Appear.

Megan Ericka Hunt, age 28, of Council Bluffs, was arrested December 14th following an investigation. Hunt was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Child Endangerment, and OWI 1st.
