(Area) It’s Election Day, and local government and schools are the focus of this year’s ballot. City council and school board seats are up for grabs statewide. Several cities in our coverage area will find a mayoral decision on the ballot.
In our immediate coverage race, there are Mayoral races in Adair, Kim Hodne, and Joanne Byars, Anita: Kevin Littleton, and Ben Daughenbaugh, Bagley, Glen Foresman, and Ruth Ann Riley, Brayton: Cally, Christiansen, Gregory Gust, Neil Poldberg, Grant: John J. Giefing, and Emerson Hill, Kimballton: Peggy Mortensen, and Millette L. Shores, Lewis: Rick Sanny, and Russell Hansen, and Panora between, Ryan Ketelsen, and Curt Thornberry.
Valid identification is required to vote. The polls open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m.
