(Red Oak) Red Oak Police report three arrests.
Police arrested 68-year-old Randal Joe Barr of Red Oak on Friday in the 1700 block of N. Broadway Street for public intoxication. Officers transported Barr to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $300 bond.
On Saturday, Police arrested 40-year-old Michelle Lee Szymarek of Red Oak in the 500 block of E. Linden Street on a charge of fugitive from justice. Szymarek had an active warrant out of Sarpy County, Nebraska. Police transported her to the Montgomery County Jail and held her on no bond, awaiting extradition to Sarpy County.
On Saturday, Red Oak Police arrested 36-year-old Bryce Michael McKinnon of Clarinda in the 11 block of N. 5th Street in Red Oak on a charge of interference with official acts. Police transported McKinnon to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $300.00 bond.
