(Creston) Creston reports one arrest and two incidents.
Police arrested 28-year-old Dennis Simmerman of Creston on a Clarke County Warrant for two counts of Sexual Offender. Police initially transported Simmerman to the Union County Jail and then to the Clarke County Jail, where he is held on a $4,000 bond.
Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance reported that sometime overnight on Thursday, someone painted graffiti on the side of their building. The loss is estimated at $100.00.
Dan Little of 1301 12-mile Lake Road reported to Police that someone painted on the door at 211 N. Vine. The damage estimate is $100.00.
