(Shelby Co) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports twelve arrests between October 1st and October 13th.
Marshall Adam Eggerss, age 21, of Panama, was arrested following a traffic stop on Highway 59 on October 1st. Eggerss was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 1st.
Trevor Michael Brock, age 28, of Manilla, was arrested following a traffic stop on M47 on October 4th. Brock was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd or Subsequent Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 3rd of Subsequent Offense, Keeping Premises of Vehicle for Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving while Barred, Fraudulent Use of Registration, and Open Container.
Preston Max Russell, age 23, of Boone, was arrested following a traffic stop on Highway 59 on October 4th. Russell was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs, Open Container, and Speed.
Erica Ann Horn, age 36, of Earling, was arrested following a call for service in the 600 block of 1700th Street on October 8th. Horn was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Domestic Abuse Assault.
William Joseph Daeges, age 61, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service in the 800 block of Hill Street on October 8th. Daeges was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Trespass.
Jayden Wesley Dean Kohl, age 21, of Council Bluffs, was arrested October 9th on an active Shelby County Warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault. Kohl was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
Ethan Michael Leinen, age 22, of Portsmouth, was arrested following a traffic stop on Chatburn Avenue on October 9th. Leinen was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while Barred.
Carl Francis Martin, age 42, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service in the area of Park Street and 12th Street on October 9th. Martin was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Assault.
Sarah Jolen Finney, age 54, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service in the 1100 block of Highway 44 on October 10th. Finney was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 1st, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drug, Driving while License Suspended, Open Container, and Violation of Conditions of Restricted License.
Simon Buombiey Jacob, age 34, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service in the 500 block of 12th Street in Harlan on October 11th. Jacob was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Violation of No Contact Order and Domestic Abuse Assault.
Nyagach Dech Chigach, age 23, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service in the 500 block of 12th Street in Harlan on October 11th. Chigach was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Violation of No Contact Order.
Joshua Michael Harlston, age 27, of Denison, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 900 block of Highway 59 on October 13th. Harlston was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 2nd Offense and Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance.
