(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 31-year-old Kyle Lee Foster Sr., of Red Oak, following a traffic stop in the 2400 block of N 8th Street Sunday. Foster was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $1,000 bond.
