(Creston) Creston Police arrested 20-year-old Garrett Neal Thomson of Creston at 408 S. Vine Street. Thomson faces charges of Public Intoxication and two counts of Assault. Thomson was taken to the Union Jail and held on no bond until seen by a Magistrate Judge.
