(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Dodi Avey, 49, of Lewis, was arrested October 3rd for Depositing or Throwing Litter on Highway. Avey was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on her own recognizance.
David Wall Jr., 42, of Atlantic, was arrested September 28th for Depositing or Throwing Litter on the Highway. Wall Jr. was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Christina Burnsworth, 42, of Atlantic, was arrested September 27th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Burnsworth was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
