Iowa Business Council Economic Outlook Shows 3Q Decline

(Des Moines, IA)  —  Iowa’s economy is softening bit according to an Iowa Business Council report.  The organization is projecting slight declines in sales, capital spending, and employment over the next six months.  The IBC says the indicators are still positive, but the overall outlook has declined a few points compared to the second-quarter report.
