(Creston) One person was taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle accident in Creston.
Creston Police say the accident happened at 7:40 p.m. at the intersection of Elm and Howard Streets. Boone Zerick Virgil Pryor, 17, of Afton, was driving a westbound 2005 Chevy Monte Carlo on Howard Street. Pryor says he was moving his food and ran the stop sign into the path of a southbound Chrysler 200 driven by 25-year-old Cheyenne Louise Goodnight of Creston. The Chrysler struck the passenger side door of the Monte Carlo. A passenger was taken by private vehicle to the Greater Regional Medical Center to treat minor injuries.
The Monte Carlo received $5,000.00 in damage. The Chrysler sustained $1,000.00 damage.
