According to the report, a westbound Chevy Suburban driven by Esperensa Salatier approaching the intersection of 10th and Plum Street was struck by a fully loaded northbound U-Haul van driven by Matthew Ludwig. Ludwig did not see the Suburban, left the stop sign, and proceeded through the intersection, striking the driver’s side front and rear door of the Suburban, causing it to roll over. The Suburban came to rest on its’ tires near the point of impact.
Multiple occupants, including children, were inside the Suburban during the collision. No one was hurt.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
