Mills County Sheriff’s Report

(Mills Co) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.

Cody Robert Cunningham, 32, of Bellevue, Nebraska, was arrested Wednesday for Eluding and Reckless Driving. Bond was set at $5,300.

Bernabe Hernandez Espinoza, 32, of Des Moines, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for Failure to Appear. Bond was set at $10,000.

Randy Dean Burton, 43, of Glenwood, was arrested Tuesday for Child Endangerment. Bond was set at $2,000.
