(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department reports two arrests.
Police arrested 33-year-old Michael Todd Archer of Red Oak on Monday for an active warrant for a probation violation. He is held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $1,000 cash bond.
Police arrested 47-year-old Keyla Rae Churchill of Red Oak with aiding and abetting on a 2nd–degree theft (vehicle) and accessory after the fact. Officers transported Churchill to the Montgomery County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
