Sidney Man Arrested for Harassment, Contempt of Court and Violation of No Contact Order

(Fremont Co) A Sidney man was arrested for Harassment 1^st Degree, eleven counts of Contempt of Court and Violation of a No Contact Order.

The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office says it is alleged that on September 11^th, 58-year-old Terry Lee Prine sent approximately 58 text messages and made multiple phone calls to the protected party. Deputies also witnessed Prine making threats to commit a burglary and kill a friend of the protected party. Prine was later observed hiding in a field in Sidney and fled from witnesses on foot.

Prine turned himself into law enforcement on September 12^th and was released on September 14^th after posting $6,000 surety bond. Prine was previously released from jail on August 8^th after serving 29 days for a previous no contact order.
