(Audubon) As of Friday, the west bridge on the F32/180th resurfacing project will be closed to through traffic to replace the bridge approaches.
According to the Audubon County Roads Department, barricades and fencing closures have been placed. The area will be impassable to the traveling public.
The bridge will be closed for an estimated three weeks. Detour traffic will be routed north to County Road F24/150th Street via Highway 71 and County Highway M66.
Additionally, the two previous bridges closed are now open to local traffic.
The entire seven-mile resurfacing project is still closed to through traffic and needs to follow the detour route. Residents along the way have access to their properties. The completion of the project is estimated by the end of September, weather permitting.
