(Atlantic) On Monday evening, Morgan Will won the overall Supreme Market Animal at the Cass County Fair’s Champion Beef Selection Show. Morgan and her market steer “Chad” now advance to the “Best of the West Showdown” at the Crawford County Fairgrounds in Denison on Wednesday, August 3.
Will of the Benton-Franklin 4-H Club topped the championship drive in the 4-H Market Steer Division and came back and won the overall Supreme Market Animal in the final drive of the evening. Will is the daughter of Cody and Amanda Will. Her steer weighed 1,468 pounds.
Haidyn Suhr finished as the runner-up.
Landon Tibken swept the overall Supreme Breeding heifer class and will also be at the “Best of the West Showdown” on Wednesday.
Landon’s twin brother, Logan, finished as the runner-up.
