(Atlantic) The Cass County 4-H & FFA Fair kicks off Monday, July 31st with the beef show at 8:00 am. One hour after the conclusion of the morning beef show will be the Beef Fitting Contest. The 4-H/FFA Exhibit opens up at 8:00 am and closes at 8:00 pm. The Best of Iowa takes place at 9:00 am, The Rotary Watermelon Feed at 11:00 am, and the Dairy Cattle Show at 2:00 pm. The Building Awards begin at 4:00 pm and the Parade of Champions, along with the Bucket of Junk/Fundraising Auction, follow at 5:45 pm. The night ends with Grand Champion Beef Selection at 6:30 pm, Livestock Released at 7:45 pm, and Static Exhibits released from 8:00-9:00 pm. On Tuesday, August 1st, the Livestock Sale takes place at 8:00 am along with Static Exhibits released from 8:00-10:00 am.
