(Creston) Creston Police report five arrests over the weekend.
On Friday, Police arrested 32-year-old Blake Robert Lucina of Thayer at Hanson Fitness Center for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order. Lacina was taken to the Union County Jail and released on his recognizance.
On Saturday, Police arrested 34-year-old Maria Guadalupe Rodriguez of Creston in the 100 Block New York Avenue for OWI 1st Offense. Rodriguez was transported to the Union County Jail, then onto the Adams County Jail, where she was bonded out later on a $1000 cash or surety bond.
On Saturday, Creston Police arrested 44 Carrie Nawacy Pendegraft of Creston at the intersection of Adams and Elm. Pendegraft was charged with 1st offense OWI 1st. Pendegraft was transported to the Union County Jail and then to the Adams County Jail. Pendegraft was later released on her recognizance.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 21-year-old Austin Zachary Bloyd of Creston at the Creston County Law Enforcement Center for Criminal Mischief 5th-Damage Under $300. Bloyd was cited and released.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 46-year-old William Peter Fargo of Creston at the Creston Union County Law Enforcement for assault causing bodily injury or mental illness. Authorities transported Fargo to the Union County Jail and held him on a $1,000 bond.
