(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports five arrests and a report of a stolen mower.
On Sunday:
Police arrested 38-year-old Jennifer Lyn Ham of Lorimor in the 300 block of S Walnut. Officers transported Ham to the Union County Jail for violating a no-contact/protective order. Authorities released her following an appearance in front of a magistrate judge.
Police arrested 44-year-old Brady Gale Richert of Creston in the 300 Block of S. Walnut for violating a no-contact/protective order. Officers transported him to the Union County Jail and held him on no bond.
Creston Police arrested 35-year-old Julian Albert Rex Allsion of Creston at 601 Lakeshore Dr. for Public Intoxication 1st Offense. Authorities transported Allison to the Union County Jail and held him on a $300 cash bond.
Creston Police arrested 21-year-old Trevor Forrest Kincade, homeless, at McKinley Pool for Public Intoxication 1st Offense. Authorities transported Kincade to the Union County Jail and later released him on a $300 cash or surety bond.
On Monday:
Police arrested 21-year-old Jaden Justus Loe, 21, of Lenox, at Caseys West on Highway 34, for OWI 1st Offense and Carrying a Weapon while Intoxicated. Officers took Loe to the Union County Jail and held him on a $2,000 cash bond.
On Wednesday, June 21:
Janeen Frey, pf 506 N Stone in Creston, reported that someone stole her John Deere Lawn Mower Model Z225. The estimated loss is $2675.00.
