(Des Moines) The Des Moines teenager facing murder charges in the Starts Right Here shooting is asking for his trial to be moved. 19-year-old Preston Walls is accused of fatally shooting 16-year-old Rashad Carr and 18-year-old Gionni Dameron, and injuring the founder of the non-profit educational program, Will Keeps. Walls wants the trial moved out of central Iowa to Johnson County due to pre-trial publicity.
