(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested two people in separate incidents on Thursday.
The first arrest occurred at 10:41 a.m. at 509 W. Taylor Street. Police arrested 45-year-old Dennis Gerald Tyler of Creston. Officers charged Tyler with 5th-degree theft and forgery. Authorities transported him to the Union County Jail. Tyler posted the $5,300 cash bond.
Creston Police arrested 56-year-old Bruce Leroy Kerr of Creston at 10:20 p.m. at his residence and charged him with driving while revoked and OWI, 2nd offense. Officers transported Kerr to the Union County Jail and held him on a $3,000 bond.
