(Shelby Co) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office released their arrest report from June 1st through June 15th.
Ethan Michael Leinen, age 22, of Portsmouth, was arrested after a traffic stop on Fir Road on June 1st. Leinen was arrested on an active Shelby County Warrant for Driving while Revoked. Leinen was transported to the Shelby County Jail and was also charged with Driving while Revoked.
Gatwech Gach Jack, age 40, of Storm Lake, was arrested June 2nd on an active Shelby County warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Nathan Howard Lavender, age 36, of Denison, was arrested June 3rd on an active Shelby County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance.
Eric David Confere Jr, age 28, of Harlan, was arrested after a call for service in the 1000 block of Broadway Street in Harlan on June 4th. Confere was transported to the Shelby County jail and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Kyle David Confere, age 23, of Harlan, was arrested after a call for service in the 1000 block of Broadway Street in Harlan on June 4th. Confere was transported to the Shelby County jail and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Lacy Jean Christensen, age 34, of Council Bluffs, was arrested June 9th on an active Shelby County Warrant for Violation of Probation. Christensen was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
Spencer Lee Miller, age 25, of Manilla, was arrested after a foot pursuit in Earling on June 9th. Miller was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd offense, Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance, Dangerous Weapon used in a Crime, and Interference with Official Acts.
Ryan Michael Carter, age 38, of Irwin, was arrested after a traffic stop on 2300th Street on June 9th. Carter was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 3rd, Improper Rear Lights, and Speeding.
Michael John Tremayne, age 31, of Harlan, was arrested after a traffic stop on Street F32 on June 10th. Tremayne was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while Revoked, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, and Operating a Non-Registered Vehicle.
Dale James Noll, age 60, of Harlan, was arrested after a call for service at 7th and Durant Streets on June 11th. Noll was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Public Intoxication.
Christopher Allen Cue, age 39, of Council Bluffs, was arrested June 13th on an active Shelby County Warrant. Cue was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Failure to Appear.
Chelsea Jean Birtwell, age 30, of Harlan, was arrested after a call for service in the 800 Block of Market Street on June 13th. Birtwell was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Domestic Abuse Assault 1st.
Christopher Allen Cue, age 39, of Council Bluffs, was arrested June 15th following an investigation in the 1300 block of 9th Street in Harlan. Cue was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Theft 4th.
