(Union Co) A Florida woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident in Union County on June 10th.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office says 61-year-old Raymond Blubaugh, of Lineville, Iowa, was driving a 1999 Ford Taurus eastbound on 170th Street and came to a stop at the stop sign. Blubaugh looked, but did not see a 1995 Dodge Ram, driven by Nancy Goodwin of Valrico, Florida, traveling northbound on Redwood Avenue. Blubaugh pulled out to cross the intersection and was hit on the passenger side. Both vehicles came to rest at the northeast corner of the intersection.
Nancy Goodwin was transported to Greater Regional Medical Center by Medic 1.
Blubaugh was cited for no valid driver’s license.
