Creston Police Report

(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports two arrests on Wednesday.

Officers arrested 36-year-old Melissa Kay Stephenson of Leon, Iowa, at 806 Laurel Street for 5th – Degree Theft. Authorities cited and released Stephenson on a Promise to Appear.

Police arrested 18-year-old Keaton Michael Ballinger of Creston at his residence for Possession-Purchase of alcohol by a person under the legal age, 1st offense. Officers cited Ballinger and released him on a promise to appear.
